COURSE OVERVIEW
This training will equip learners with practical skills and a comprehensive understanding of the laws governing employment and labour in Tanzania, including the Employment and Labour Relations Act, the Employment of Non-Citizens, the Labour Institute Act, the Occupational Health and Safety Act, and the Workers Compensation Act. The course will also cover Employer rights and obligations as well as Employee rights and obligations.
